Who we are
EIS Insider is an independent editorial platform covering SEIS and EIS investment in the United Kingdom, operated at eisinsider.co.uk. References to "we", "us" and "our" in this policy refer to EIS Insider.
What data we collect
When you register on EIS Insider, we collect: your name, email address, telephone number, investment size category, investor certification type, and consent preferences. We also collect standard website usage data through analytics tools (page views, time on site, referral source).
How we use your data
We use your registration data to: send you research reports and editorial content you have signed up for; contact you to discuss EIS and SEIS investment opportunities where you have consented; and maintain records of registrant self-certifications as required by financial promotion regulations.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM and email marketing platform. Your data is stored in GHL's systems, which are subject to GHL's own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We may share data with regulated financial services firms where you have consented to be contacted about investment opportunities.
Your rights

Data retention
We retain registration data for as long as you remain a registered user and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes. Marketing consent records are retained for the duration required by applicable regulation.
